Purpose of the website
Crew Blank is an online store specialising in the distribution of workwear, uniforms and PPE for professional teams and businesses. We operate as a B2B supplier and intermediary: we select products from specialist manufacturers, coordinate personalisation and manage the process from product selection through to delivery. Orders are placed and processed on business-to-business terms. Users can order by registering or as a guest.
Prices and taxes
All prices shown on the website exclude VAT. The applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout according to the destination. The tax rules for Spain, the European Union and destinations outside the European Union are set out in our shipping policy.
User interaction
Users are not permitted to upload or generate content on our website.
Payment information
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna or bank transfer. Crew Blank does not store customer payment data. Personalised orders
Orders involving personalisation (embroidery, screen printing, DTF, heat transfer) are subject to additional production lead times of approximately 10-15 business days, plus shipping time. Personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect. By providing logos, artwork or files for personalisation, the customer confirms they hold the necessary rights to that material. Crew Blank accepts no responsibility for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Returns and guarantees
Return conditions, the restocking fee and the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to each type of buyer are set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product information and PPE
Technical specifications, certifications and standards shown on product pages are supplied by the manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm that the product selected is suitable for the risk and the working conditions it is intended for, and to comply with the applicable occupational health and safety obligations.
