Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most workwear garments in our catalogue can be branded with your company logo. We work with embroidery, screen printing, DTF and heat transfer, and we confirm which technique suits each product before production. See our workwear branding guide for a breakdown by technique and garment type.
-
Technical PPE — helmets, gloves, safety footwear, fall protection and respiratory protection — cannot be decorated. For hi-vis garments, compatibility depends on the specific product, its certification level and the logo placement, so we confirm it product by product before production to make sure safety standards are not affected. Selected jackets, polo shirts and vests within the PPE range may be suitable for embroidery or printing.
-
Use the quote form with your products, quantities, size breakdown, logo and target date. We confirm compatibility and send a proposal with full pricing. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
-
Minimum order quantities vary by product and branding technique — there is no single minimum that applies to every order. Blank products can be bought online with no minimum at all. For branded orders, request a quote and we will confirm the minimum and the pricing for your specific project.
-
Yes. Multi-size orders are standard for team workwear. Include your full size breakdown when you request a quote and we will confirm availability and pricing for each size and colour within the order.
-
Vector files are best: PDF, AI or SVG work for every technique. We also accept PNG at 300 dpi or higher when a vector file is not available. If all you have is a low-resolution logo, tell us when you request the quote and we will advise on the best option.
-
Yes. Every personalised order includes a digital mockup showing your logo on the garment, at no extra cost as part of the quote process. Nothing goes into production until you have reviewed and approved it.
-
Yes. Stock is held in Spain and we coordinate delivery across Europe. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout for blank products, and confirmed inside the quote for personalised orders. Prices on the site exclude VAT, which is added at checkout according to the destination.
